Beagle supports automatic completion grades and manual submission of grades through Beagle to your Learning Management System.

How to grade student research summaries

• Log into your Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and choose your course
• Click the research summary assignment you want to grade
• Click to "Open Beagle in new tab"

• Review all students research summaries in a single view

• Add feedback for students to view and click 'save'

• Use Beagle's summary rubric to score the summary
• Click "Submit new grade" to send grade to Learning Management System gradebook

How grades integrates with your Learning Management System (LMS)

• Beagle can push student grades into your Learning Management System (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc) grade book.
• Beagle can automatically push completion grades to the gradebook or wait to push the grades until the instructor has graded the assignments in Beagle.
• Note: Beagle must be integrated as an external tool in your course for this to work
